Refund Policy

TELEPHYS agrees to consider refunding you the cost of your virtual consult performed by video, voice, or phone in the event that you are dissatisfied with how TELEPHYS’ physician spoke to you during such virtual consult. All refund requests require you to submit a documented explanation supporting your request for a refund, and all such requests are subject to review for approval. This guarantee is subject to your submission to TELEPHYS of documentation supporting your request for a refund. All determinations of your eligibility for a refund are made solely by TELEPHYS and are final once TELEPHYS reaches its decision. Refund will be in form TELEPHYS credit unless you specify refund in the form of it was paid.

You are ineligible for a refund of subscription or one-time consult fees if it is determined at TELEPHYS’ discretion that you, at any time, have violated TELEPHYS’ conduct guidelines within a consult (including but not limited to: inappropriate language or behavior).

You are responsible for monitoring your financial accounts and statements, and TELEPHYS is not responsible for any charges actually or allegedly not authorized by any account holder. In the event that TELEPHYS agrees to provide you with a refund for any reason (including but not limited to claims of unauthorized charges), the maximum refund to which you will be entitled is sixty (60) days from the time of purchase. Unsubscribing from messages from TELEPHYS and/or uninstalling the TELEPHYS app do not automatically cancel any subscriptions you have on TELEPHYS, nor do these actions cancel your obligations to pay for any such subscriptions still active on TELEPHYS.

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing TELEPHYS with your credit card number or PayPal account and associated payment information, you agree that TELEPHYS is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to TELEPHYS hereunder and that no additional notice or consent is required.

If you do not have insurance coverage for Services, or if your coverage is denied, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be personally responsible for all incurred expenses. TELEPHYS offers no guarantee that you shall receive any such reimbursement. TELEPHYS reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time prior to billing you for your initial payment or for future payments due pursuant to these Terms of Use without any notice. You understand and agree that for Services provided on an appointment basis, you will be responsible for a missed appointment fee equal to all or a portion of the fees you would have paid for the scheduled services if you do not cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance, unless we notify you in writing that a shorter cancellation window applies.

Consult will be considered as complete and your account will be charged once you talked with TELEPHYS provider through video or audio or phone.
